I've had the privilege to work with families to sell their properties and find their dream homes all across Greater Vancouver - including Coquitlam, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Maple Ridge and Richmond. Originally from Taiwan and having moved to beautiful Vancouver in 1996, I understand firsthand the challenges of starting from scratch and trying to find a home in a new environment. After initially supporting my family's local furniture business, I effectively transitioned my career to real estate investment and development over the last 10 years, obtaining both my realtor and property management licenses. In my free time, I invest in continuous learning - reading up on zoning bylaws, monitoring property trends and economic policy - to strategically support my clients and advise them with accurate market data. I do not just meet client expectations - I make an effort to go above and beyond.
